Open for business and here to help

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning (maybe even obsessing) about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. We are in uncharted waters. The Ingage Team is doing everything we can to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and ensure business continuity for our amazing customers. We are closely monitoring the latest information from the CDC and WHO to help guide our thinking and decision making.

As the CEO of a company that relies on conferences as a primary source of leads and new customers, I am keenly aware of how a sudden change in the market conditions can impact a business. Here are a few ways we are managing through this change both for our team and for our customers.

Virtual - Our team is distributed across four countries and seven states. The culture of collaboration has never been stronger and has allowed us to seamlessly continue to support and interact with our customers even though we cannot meet with them in person.

Reliable - One of the key benefits of being a SaaS company is that our systems can be managed and maintained from anywhere. Ingage software will keep running, and so will our team, for the duration of this pandemic.

Thankful - We are thankful for the opportunity to continue to serve our customers in the face of these real challenges across the business landscape. We will make it through this challenging time together.

If there is any way our team can be of assistance to you during this rapidly evolving situation, please let us know. As an example, and in response to customer questions, we put together a short video with some Tips for Virtual Selling.  We hope this is a helpful resource for you and your sellers. Our team is available to help if you are ready to shift to virtual selling.

Regards,
Dean
