Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the partner relationship throughout the partner lifecycle. You will be the partner’s primary point of contact and their trusted advisor by leading them through a positive partner experience, managing to the agreed upon KPI’s, and persistently driving speed to market activities to ensure growth and success of the partnership. You will work closely with the Ingage Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams to execute partner programs and team up with our Product and Support teams to share learnings and insights from partners.

You Will

  • Own the partner experience from onboarding to renewal 
  • Leverage established criteria for satisfaction / KPI’s to guide the partnership to success
  • Lead go-to-market partner programs to drive consistent and repeatable partner success
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to drive marketing qualified leads through co-marketing activities
  • Drive sales qualified leads through close coordination with partner Sales teams
  • Establish partner health metrics to know which partners to prioritize to exceed company objectives
  • Track and measure all partner success activities in HubSpot 
  • Serve as the conduit for partner feedback to the Ingage Product team
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews with all partners to consistently drive lead generation / speed to market activities
  • Develop and maintain a communication cadence with all partners
  • Be the voice of the partner for the team and the voice of the team for the partner - nurturing the relationship with every interaction to yield greater and greater results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar customer facing role in Partner Success, Sales and/or Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong empathy for partners
  • Passion for revenue and growth
  • Understanding of software and technology with an eye towards benefits to end users
  • Growth, analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate across teams
  • Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needs
  • Willingness to embrace direction and feedback

Preferred

  • Experience in a Customer Facing role focused on delivering a 5-Star Service
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS based solutions

Location

Ingage has a distributed workforce and all employees work from their home office in the United States.
