KOHLER’s Presentations Sparkle with the Addition of Video

Anna Mizelle is Associate Channel Manager, Walk-in Bath & LuxStone Showers at KOHLER Kitchen & Bath. In this role, Anna is charged with driving the creation of content and assets that are used by authorized KOHLER LuxStone and Walk-in Bath dealers during in-home sales presentations to residential customers and marketing efforts. Historically, these dealers leveraged only hard copy flipbooks featuring imagery and text, but Anna & her coworker Maren began to receive feedback indicating that customers expected a more engaging experience. Consequently, they saw an opportunity to enhance customer engagement by adding interactive content.

She also notes the effectiveness of the comparison slider functionality, the ability to easily swipe back and forth to reveal an image or video, as well as the usefulness of interactive buttons that allow sales reps to skip around on-the-fly in order to cater the customer’s needs. Additionally, built-in analytics tools allow her to measure the activity and performance of the sales team and adapt the information as needed.

Interactive content more effectively engaging residential customers

Ingage Presentations is now being utilized by 15 of KOHLER LuxStone’s authorized dealers who use it in tandem with flipbooks when presenting to residential customers in their homes.
